An Employment Advisor is available to provide information regarding career and employment services, programs and resources.  Guided assistance is available to use the resources to enable individuals to become more self-reliant in their job search.

Work Search:

• Access to in-house job binders featuring employment opportunities.
• Resumé templates and examples are available.  An Employment Advisor can review and assist with editing your resumé.
• Fax machine (incoming and outgoing), photocopier, scanner and client telephone for employment-related purposes.
• Employment-related message services for job seekers who do not have a phone.
• Computers with Internet access.

Career Planning:

• Information on occupational profiles and labour market trends.
• Access to career planning self-assessment tools.
• Information on local, provincial and out of province training and education programs.

Information:

• Information regarding government and community programs, services and resources.
• Career and employment-related publications.
